What Quill does (and what we don't).
Quill Learning is an EduTech, service and innovation enrichment platform. We do not award qualifications. Through our exclusive partnership with NCC Education — a UK Awarding Organisation regulated by Ofqual — and our long-standing relationship with Informatics Thames College, we deliver UK-regulated online qualifications to learners across the Asia-Pacific. At Level 6 (the top-up degree year), the awarding institution is one of three UK university partners: the University of Lancashire, the University of Greater Manchester (via the Williamson International Network College), or the University of Greenwich.
About NCC Education
NCC Education is a UK-based Awarding Organisation and learning provider. They are recognised by Ofqual (the UK qualifications regulator) and operate in 50+ countries worldwide. They design and award every Level 3, 4 and 5 NCC qualification.
About ITC
Informatics Thames College (ITC) is a Singapore-based further-education institution with a long history of delivering British qualifications in the region. Quill works alongside ITC for academic services, pathway counselling and shared student infrastructure.
